THEI RYE TOURNAMENT. Australian Association — United Service.# NEW, YORK, Aug. 16. At the Rye tennis tournament Bell and Mangin beat Austin and' Cliff (England), 7—5, 6— 2. Tilden won the Eastern Turf Court championship on Saturday, defeating Hunter, 6—2, 6 —2, 10—8.
