Stewart, chairman of Australian National Airways, Ltd., has communicated' with SquadroiijLeader Kingsfordi Smith and Flight-Lieutenant Ulm advising them not to attempt the flight over the Atlantic, which is hazardous, adding that the company was convinced that such an exploit was not needed as a test of the crew’s courage and airmanship, which had already been established.
