KURDS REVOLT.
ORDERED TO WEAR EUROPEAN CLOTHES. (.By Telegraph—Prom our Own (reporter). Received 10.55 a.m. to-day. BERLIN, March 29. The German Consulate at Tabriz reports that a revolt of the Kurdish districts was precipitated by an edict of the Shah of Persia ordering the wearing of European clothes.
