EXTEA SESSION CALLED. SOME OF THE PROPOSALS TO BE CONSIDERED. (United I'ress Association—By Electric Tolegrapb Copyngh t.) (Australian I’ress Association.) Received 10 a.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, March 7. President Hoover lias summoned Congress to an extra session, comon April 15. The proclamation called for consideration of further agricultural relief and legislation for liimted changes in tariff, but aside from these two questions Congress may take up whatever legislation it desires. It is therefore expected that Air Hoover will also seek to repeal the national origin -provisions of the 1924 Immigration Act and the prohibition enforcement machinery from the Treasury to the Justice Department.
