OWNERSHIP' OF CYCLE. (By Telegraph— V'ress Association.) HASTINGS, March /. An unusual case was heard in the Magistrate’s Court when his Worship was asked to make an order determining the ownership of it cycle, the property of a bank clerk who had left the machine in a, right-of-way, and which was stolen. The thief sold the bicycle to a second-hand dealer who, paid £2 for it and he naturally wished compensation for this amount. The rnagistrate made an order that the cycle should be returned to the true owner and that the second-hand dealer would have try put the £2 to- profit and loss.
