HEINE RELEASED FROM PRISON. (liiic<-(| Pr<s“ Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) (Australian Tress Association.) BRUSSELS, March 7. On the ground that the charges against him did not constitute, _ under the Belgian penal law, justification for his detention in prison. Heine, who forged the Franco-Belgian military “pact,” has been released. This announcement follows a newspaper’s disclosure that minor officials of the Belgian espionage service assisted Heine by supplying him with offiical notepaper and a seal. It is stated disciplinary proceedings , are pending against these officers.
