MINISTERIAL IN VESTIGATI ON (By Telegraph—Special to Tlio Star.) WELLINGTON, March 7. It is understood that Stipendiary Magistrates throughout the Dominion have received a questionnaire from the Hon. T. M. Wiiford, Minister of Justice, with the object of securing their opinion on the working of the Children's Court. The circular contains a large number or questions, and it is evident from this activity that the Minister is anxious to ascertain whether the new system is working effectively, and if further legislation is needed to increase ite efficiency.
