The districts concerned are the Provincial Districts of Auckland, Tdrafmiaki, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Nelson, Marlborough, and Canterbury, and the. control is limited to fruit intended to be exported to Europe and South America. By virtue of the control the Boaird nominates the places in Europe and 1 South America where' the. fruit shall be sold and disposed of, and appoints l agents amid brokers in those countries 1 for the handling, sale and disposal ofthe fruit.
