SCOPE FOB WORKERS’ ASSOCLATION. REPORT TO CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Jan. 24. The annua)l conference of the Dominion Werners’ Educational Association commenced last evening, concluding tins morning. 'Delegates were present from all the centres.
