BOHEMIAN ROMANCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) LONDON, Jan. 22. A romance in art circles following a meeting in a Bohemian restaurant is indicated by the announcement that Meraud Guinness, the 24-year-old daughter of Mr. Benjamin Guinness the millionaire, is engaged to Alvaro Guevara, a Chilian painter, aged 35, living in London. * The bride-elect has studied art in London and Paris and recently held an exhibition in Paris, when her-futur-istic tendencies were much discussed. A French writer in his introduction to the catalogue, said: “Disheartened and disgusted with circles where money takes first place, Miss Guinness sought refuge in herself. She realised that her true expression could exist only in the egotistic joy of art. Meraud lives a free, independent life; she lias driven convention to the furtherest boundaries.”
