The plough track Avas used for fast Avork tiiis morning, and Avas in firstrate order.

J. Brqtvn gave Llanore a Avorking gallop over a round, and tile black fillv ran seven furlongs of it in 1.35, under a good pull. C. Jackson worked Partaga and Latakia separately over a couple of rounds. Partaga running his. last seven furlongs in 1.37.

Animated, Banbridge and Ambridge sprinted three furlongs together, Avith the latter a head in front at the finish in 37 3-ssee.

Cfcolmint ran three furlongs comfortably in 38. Benzora Avas out .doing sloav Avork. He i,s all right again and has been nominated for the meeting. Reremoana shaped Avell in a gallop over five furlongs, heating Flying Binge decisively in 1.3. Bisox and Calyx did strong pacework over a couple of circuits. Silvermine AA’orked nicely over tAA’o rounds, but Avas not sent against the Avatch.

Mend ip pulled hard in his pace work and ran home his last half mile in 54. He is jumping out of his skin and is very Avell.

Havering did only half pace AA’ork. He has forfeited his Foxton engagements.

Xmas Tree and the tAA’o-y ear-old, Grand Marina, AA’ere companions in a burst over three furlongs, finishing together in 37-}. Bright Gloav, as usual, did her pace AA’ork over a couple of rounds in great style, running home her last throe furlongs in 38}. Ainvay, Golden Flower and Atair all performed well in a isprint over three furlongs in 37, with Airway in front of Golden Flo Aver at the finish.

Orazone Avas. allotted half-pace work. A capital piece of schooling was Avitnessed when Royal Acre (Linton) and Vivo (Lock) jumped off for a round of the hurdles. The pair kept Avell throughout and both jumped cleAterly and fast.

Airtight and Gasnapper, starting from the six furlong post ran their first three furlongs in 38, the half-mile : n 51, finishing up the six in I.l7£sec., Avith very little betAveen them at the post. Teuacre, Boundary and Monaghan went down by mail train yesterdav to take part at the Foxton meeting, commencing to-morroAV. Havering did not make the trip. A. McCormacks to ride Boundary and Tenacre in their engagements, and both horses should perform well.
