A Rabaul message states that the Administrator has premised that . a commission will inquire into the native disturbance. Disciplinary action has been taken against members of the native police who took part in the recent mutiny, and six months’ imprisonment has been itnposed on those who absented themselves from duty. The suspected ringleaders have been remanded to the Supreme Court foxsentence on a charge of conspiracy.
