MARCH ON LONDON.
COMMUNISTS ORGANISE UNEMPLOYED. A CONTINGENT OF MINERS. mifil I-, ess Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) - —United Service). LONDON, Jam. 11. Two armies of unemployed are preparing to march to London. Both are organised by the Communists and will face strong opposition by the TradesUnion. Council. The first march starts from the Scottish coalfields next week, while the South Wales contingent of miners will set out a week later. The marchers will not be confined to miners. Other unemployed men, have been invited to join the: marchers on route. The demonstration is aimed not only against the Government, but also against the Trades Union Council amid the Parliamentary Labour Party, with which the. Communists are at bitter loggerheads. The Trades Union Council, condemning what it describes as the- exploitation of the 'unemployed for the benefit of the Communists for political ends, recalls that when the: South Wales miners marched to> London a year ago there was much useless suffering and misery inflicted. The council predicts that the experience will be repeated, without assisting the unemployed in the slightest degree.
