WELLINGTON LADY IN LONDON. Mts J.D , a well-known Wellington lady recently returned from London. While there she introduced Q-tol as a hand emollient to some friends. Immediately on her return to N.Z. she arranged for a Lambton Quay chemh’t to despatch packets of Q-tol to several London addresses.
