Busbridge took three wickets for 36 and Moore three for 44. The Bendigo team are all out for 168 (Thomas not out 63, Porter 42, Martin 25). No other player reached double figures. Larwood took six wickets for 20, Hammond three for 40, Geary two for 2S and Jardine one for 22. Thomas went in first wicket down and played an excellent hand.
