Questions were asked in the House of Commons regarding the situation in Afghanistan. Mr. Locker Lampson stated that the Government was not aware that any Bi'itish lives were in danger there. The Government was in constant communication by wireless witJi the British Minister in Kabul, who would take all possible steps to secure protection from the Afghan Government.
