NEXT PRIME MINISTER
SIR JOSEPH WARD SENT FOR OUTGOING EXECUTIVE. FINAL MEETING ON MONDAY. (By Telegraph—Special to Tba Star.) WELLINGTON, Dec. S. The Prime Minister having tendered his resignation, the Governor-General sent for Sir Joseph Ward, who conferred with His Excellency to-day and undertook to form an administration. There will be a final meeting of the outgoing Executive Council, presided over by the Governor-General, at 10.30 on Monday morning.
