Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr J. S. Barton, S.M., in the Hawera Court to-day on the following undefended civil claims : New Zealand Lean and Mercantile Agency v. C. A. Thomas, £lB 18s 7d. In undefended judgment summons proceedings Poitutu Wallis was ordered to pay £7 13s to J. Dombroski and 15s 6d solicitor’s fee, in default nine days’, imprisonment ; Kaki Wallis was ordered to pay £5 10s to J. Dombroski and 15s 6d solicitor’s fee, in default seven days’ imprisonment; J. H. Masemann was ordered to pay £ls Is to I, A. Maddhrn land £1 la solicitor’s fee, in default 17 days’ imprisonment, and Richard Flower was ordered to pay £3 19s Gel (balance of claim) to D. Oliver, in default four days’ imprisonment.
