THE WIRELESS HOAX.
ASSAULT ON THE MAN RESPONSIBLE. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) Received 11.15 a.m. to-day. BERLIN, Oct, 8. Karl Schultz, who was responsible .or Saturday’s broadcast hoax, was assaulted to-day in an underground train by a journalist colleague of Schwartz, who struck him in the face. A wrestling match ensued in the crowded carriage. The police were unable to take action against Schultz, who enjoys the Parliamentary deputies’ immunity.
