Three were men and two women. PARTS, Oct, S. Advice from Nice states that operating from Paris, detectives discovered a very powerful wireless station in the depths of the Eze Forest. It is alleged the station was being used by anti-Fascists, opponents of iSignor Mussolini, and that, an Italian, Bertini, manager of the station, has been arrested. Flight-Lieutenant D’Are.v Greig. who is awaiting favourable conditions to mak P -an attempt to bring the wifrld air speed record to Britain, had another trial flight to-day. He easily attained a speed of 298 miles per hour. Though he was in the air only for half an hour the new spark-plugs in the engine were so lieavilv carboned that thov had to be .scrapped. ROME, -Oct. 7.
During a discussion in an aristocratic club Prince Laneellotti said that Prince Potenziani, an ex-Govcrnor of Romo, had been dismissed for corrupt practices. Marquis -Sambuy defended Prince Potenziani in -such terms that Prince Laneellotti considered himself insulted. They fought a duel with rapierg yesterday and Marquis iSambuv was thrice wounded slightly. Prince Potenziani learned of the affair and challenged Prince Laneellotti. They fought to-day and Prince Laneellotti in turn was thrice wounded slightly.
