WELLINGTON, Sept. 26: " About 70 delegates from all parts of •jotli islands attended the inaugural meeting of the county clerks of New /.ealand to-day, when it was unanimously decided to form an organisation to be known as the New Zealand Institute of County Clerks. A constitution was adopted.
