At the avool -sales. 13576 bales were offered, of Avhi,ch 2263 were Australian and 5900 New Zealand. There was a small selection of merinos, a good offering of greasy crossbreds of top making style and a large catalogue of slips. Prices were firm with 'better competition. OAvnens are meeting tlie market, there being feAver AA-ithdrawals.
