COURTS AND OFFENCES.
BAIL ESTREATED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HASTINGS, Sept. 13. At the Magistrates’ Court before Mr. Moslem, S.H., three men, named Laurence Mcßandall, Edward Weeks, Edward James Lainey, who were out on bail on charges of being idle and disorderly persons, failed to appear when their names were called. Mrs. McConnell, licensee of the Albert Hotel, went bail to the extent of £SO each and this was ordered to he estreated.
