Before Mr J. S. (Barton, S.M., in the Hawera Oonirt to-day, judgment for plaintiff was given in each of the folIwing undefended civil cases:—H. P. Virnniicombe v. Thomas Bishop, £4 10s ; Newton King, Ltd., v. AY. P. Hoskin, £35 3s; FT;oddec and Tolley, Ltd., v. L. F. Harrison, £1 Os 9d. In undefended juidigment summons proceedings S. Houra was ordered to nay £4 3s forthwith to Garter and Co., in default four days’ imprisonment; 11. Bourlce was ordered to pav £7 19s to James Collins and 15s 6d solicitors’ fee in default nine days’ imprisonment.
