(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) —United Service). Received 1.5 p.m. to-day. LONDON. Aug. 12. A despatch from Moscow states that the Soviet Games, rival to the Olympic Games, and cailfed the Spairta.cia.de, have begun, and will end on August 22. There are several thousand foreigners present, including British competitors, all representing Communist organisations.
