NAVAL AGREEMENT.
SUGGESTED TERMS OF ANGLOFRENCH COMPROMISE.

LONDON, Aug. 10.
The Daily Chronicle’s diplomatic correspondent has been informed that the Anglo-French naval agreement provides that cruisers of six to eight inch guns should lie limited in number; that cruisers more lightly armed should lie unlimited, and that a limit should be placed on the number of submarines of 6110 tons and over, with no limit to lesser crait.
