That many people had been labouring under a: misapprehension in regard to the Egniont National Park Board, was the opinion of Cr. Stevenson expressed at the Waimate West County Council meeting yesterday. In reply to his question the chairman said the council had representation but paid no l contribution to the board. Cr Stevenson referred to a letter which he had received from the Minister of Agriculture and said this proved that any m . o nev collected in the southern area was not pledged for the loan raised by the North committee. Cr.
