Part XV., Rule 13.—“8y the entering of a horse every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed thereby to undertake neither directly nor indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse, or any other horse in the race in which such horse is entered. Each entry 6hall contain or, if it do not contain shall he conclusively assumed to contain, such an undertaking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice on the turf within the meaning of Part XXXII. of these Utiles.” Qualified hunters are those that have qualified in compliance with Part 6 of the New Zealand Hunters Association RulesMasters’ certificates of oualification must be produced at the scales if not notified in the official calendar.
