MANY CASUALTIES. EIGHT BURNED TO DEATH. 'United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) —United Service). NEW YORK, July 29. Eight unidentified men were burned to death in a. train wreck on the Burlington railroad- at Guernsey*) Wyoming, on. Sunday. A. message from Saskatoon (Saskatchewan) states that five were killed and four injured, one of whom is not expected to live, when two taxicabs collided with a Canadian National Railway train on Saturday night. Among those killed was Professor Kars tens, of the Lutheran College, Saskatoon.
A San Francisco message says 28 were injured, some seriously, when the American Bar Association special train from Seattle was struck by the Cascade limited express at Cortona.
