MEETING OF WAFT) MEMBERS. WILL BE FORCIBLY PREVENTED. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) CAIRO, July 28. A .warning has 'been issued to Nahas Pasha, Prime Minister of the suspended government, and leader of the Wafd Party, pointing out that the projected meeting on July 28 of ex-members of the Chamber and the Senate constitutes defianoe of the regime established on July 19, when King Fuad dissolved Parliament and decreed government by the King and his Ministers for ten years. The warning adds that, the Government will forcibly prevent the meeting, and for any attempt to hold the meeting Nahas Pasha- will be responsible for inci ti ng the. movement. Madame Zaghlul appeals to her sons to fight in order to prove that Zaghlul’.s spirit survives. She declares she left Egypt afflicted by his death and returned to find it afflicted by the Joss of her children’s liberties and the country’s constitution. She exhorts the nation not to weaken because Zaghlul will really be dead if the Government (succeeds in killing Egyptian liberty. WAiPD' DEPUTIES SECRETLY MEET (iOVERNMENT DiECLAR ED ILLEGAL. CAIRO, July 29. One hundred and fifty Wafd deputies and 65 senators met in secret session and passed a resolution of no-confidence in the Government, which it declared was illegal. It called on the nation not to obey its orders and declared that any treaties were not binding ar.d its acts were invalid.
