CANADIAN WHEAT.
SECOND INTERIM PAYMENT. DISPOSAL OF CROPS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph rig-lit.) (Australian Press Association.) WINNIPEG, Judy' 28. The record interim payment by the Canadian wheat Tool, of which the oi >l ■-x cods 34,000,000 dollars, has been paid -to the provincial pools of Manitoba! Saskatchewan and Alberta be the central sailing agency. This is the second interim payment for the 1927-23 crop. The first- payment of 15 Mentis, per bushel was made on March 10.

Ramsay, manager of the central a I mg agency , stated than;- a® a 1 spread deliveries had been adjusted in tins payment and a,ll deductions for elevator, commercial. reserve, carrying and other ch.a.rg:?si made, the final payment at the end* of the crop year would be a flat payment o-n all grades.
Mr Raniisav striked that the 1926-27 arcip had had a, difficult market owing ■ * the heavy rains during the. threshing season, but the 1927-28 crop, o-i which a large-volume had suffered from frost, rust and nxcesrive moisture, was even a greater prob’em. He added that there seemed to be a. general isaibisfaction at the manner in which selling problems were handled, and at the average price- seemed fo-r members’ wheat.
