Received 11.15 p.m to-day. NEW YORK, July 25. Dempsey will pi’obably be Heeney’s chief second to-morrow. Dempsey has expressed a desire to help Heeney, an offer which Charley Harvey, the challenger’s manager, gladly accepted. Tex Ilickard plans to ask the State Boxing Commission to license Dempsey as a second, a request which is practically certain to be granted.
