TOKIO, July 2; Tire largest aerial manoeuvres in the history of Japan commence on Tuesday, states an Osaka message. Aerial battles and night attacks will be featured, all departments co-operating in an effort to reproduce actual fighting conditions in the event of any of the great Japanese industrial cities being attacked from the air.
