MUTUAL ASSISTANCE AND NONAGGRESSION. ( Australian Press. Association—United Service.) Received 10.30 a.m. to-day LONDON, July 3. The Geneva committee of Arbitration and Security adopted models of two collective treaties of mutual assistance and non-aggression, also a model of a 'bilateral treaty of non-aggression with ® preamble explaining the pyovisions, subject to 'negotiations between the signatories.
