GALLANT SWEDISH AIRMEN
ANOTHER ITALIAN PICKED UP

An official statement reports- that during the night of June 2J and «*fie morning of June 24, a Swedish ’plane, fitted with. runners, made a bold landing near General Nobile, avlio was taken to Hinpolen Straits, whence another Swedish ’plane took him to Virgo- Bay, Avliere he was placed on board the Citta di Minalo, the supply ship of the expedition. The Swedish aeroplane again approached the Nobile party in the daytime but oA’erturned in making a. difficult landing. The pilot was uninjured. A later message says that a. Stvedish aeroplane has rescued a second member el the Italia’s crew, who is now on board the Citta di Milano.
