NEXT GENER AL, ELECTION
(To tire Editor.) •Sir,—ln your paper of tire 10th inst. a correspondent who signs • himself “Lattum AiHcuin,” says he washes to see. this present Government unseated. He must be a follower of the LaboxirOommunist Party. Now, sir, a,t this coming election there will be only two parties in the running, namely the present Government and the Labour Party. Does “Lettiun. Allciun” wish to see this beautiful country- governed by a I/a!b-our-Clomimmist Party—a. party that will allow sedtion and communism to overrun the country—or would “Lettiuu Alicum” wish to see this country governed by a same sound loyal Government? I think, sir, i.f the people of this country don’t want strike and strife, the people will put Air Coates’ Government back in power. This Government will not tolerate communism and disloyalty. Can “Lettum Alicum ' name a country in the world where there is less industrial strife than this country? I defy him to name any. Why is iit there are fewer strikes in this country than in any other country iff the world? It is .because the laws are good. That is what this present Government has done. At this coming election the issue lies between the two parties. God help New Zealand if the Labour Party ever govern this country. Hoping some abler pen than mine will take up this momentous question—l am etc., A WORKER.
