FORESTERS’ LODGE.
ANNUAL AIEETING. INSTALLATION AND SOCIAL. Aii important, event in the local Foresters’ Lodge was consummated last night, when the installation of officers" was performed, there being a large number of members present, Air. W. H. Budge presiding. The list was as. below: Bro. A. J. Gyde, C.R.; Bro. H. G. Stebbing, S.C.R.; Bro. C. J. Webber, S.W.; Bro. W. R. Evans, J.W., Bro. E. W. Barringer, F. 8.; Bro. Al. T. Clark, J.B. > Bro. C. F. Shapcott, secretary; Bro. J. Fennell, treasurer. Bro. Reading installed Bro. Gyde, and the latter then installed the remaining officers. There- is *to be a competition, with a prize of £3 3s, for the member securing most new admissions to the lodge for the year from July 1. Two new members were initiated. An adjournment was then made and a. social held, music being supplied for dancing by Alessrs. Barleyman. (piano), A. Bell and J. Alolouey (violin.sL Air. Barrett acted as AI.C. Recitations were given by Alias E. Brough and games played during the evening. Supper served by members concluded a nleasant evening.
