i Mrs Kayll, mother of the Rev. Canon Kayll of Stratford, died at Auckland on Wednesday. Canon Kayll left Stratford oil Wednesday, hut could not. arrive before death took place.
The ReV. F. G. Hiarvie, who recently resigned the positions of Canon, Diocesan Chaplain, and Diocesan secretary, -after .being suspended and- reinstated to his oanonry .by the bishop of Waikato, lias been appointed in temporary Charge of St. Thomas. Freemans Bay, Auckland, states q.Press Association message.
