BUSINESS NOTICES.
One of the outstanding herds of dairy cows to be offered for sale this season is that on behalf of Mrs -M. Roebuck (Mr F. H. Stanhope, manager). The sale takes place- at- Warea next Tuesday. This herd has been tested by the Taranaki Co-op. Testing Association, and some of the cows .have given up to oOOlbs. fat. The factory returns for the past season have been 3231bs fat. An advertisement giving full particulars of the sale appears in tlie auction columns. R. P. Morrissey and Go. -will' sell by public auction to-morrow ■ (Saturday), furniture, copper and stand, milk cans, hedge and. boxthorn plants, bacon, fruit produce, and on account of Mr D. Donald, furniture, linoleum. List is advertised in this issue. J. G. Smith advertises particulars of his mart sale for to-morrow of fruit in the morning (and of poultry, furniture, fruit and sundries in tire afternoon.
