The New Zealand League Football Council to-night decided to offer Canterbury a test match against the English team on a 10 per cent, basis. Canterbury asked for 15 per cent, or an offer. PLAYER. The judicial committee of the Wellington Rugby League to-day suspended for life the player, Millar, who struck the referee in the Petone-Albion match last Saturday. The other player, AVearing, who was ordered off for not playing the rules, is to play again this week.
