— ; —» ALLEGED CORRUPT PRACTICES. JUDICIAL COMMITTEE’S DECISION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 14. The judicial committee of the “Rotorua Racing Club .concluded an inquiry into allegations of corrupt practice with regard to the riding of horses in two high-weight handicaps at the last Rotorua meeting. The committee decided to disqualify W. Rennie and A. J. Gilmer for twelve months from June 11, J. Mcßae for six months from the same date. They found the evidence insufficient to convict Thomson and Holland, but drew the attention of the district committee to a statement made by Mcßae as to Holland’s alleged malpractice at the previous Taka.puna meeting.
