In the House of Commons, Sir William Joynson-Hieks. replying to Mr. Philip Snowden, said that he hoped to issue a White Paper on the Home Office’s investigation into the finances of Communist organisations from foreign sources. Commander Kenworthy: “Are you now in a position to say if you are taking action.” Sir William: “I cannot say.”
