New Zealand and the Irish Free State Governments have replied to the American Note inviting them to become original parties to tbe projected renunciation of war treaty. -The replies are withheld from publication, but are understod to be an unqualified acceptance. The State Department, expects to hear from Canada and other British Dominions within a few days.
