Nurse Gilroy, of Levin, who has been .spending a short holiday m Hawera, returned to Levin by the mail train this morning. Air C. Freyberg, District Public Trustee, of Hawera, and Air E. L. Alulock, of the staff of Welsh, AlcCarthy, vßeechey and Houston, were admitted as . blicitors at the Supreme Court at New Plymouth yesterday by \his Honour, 'Air lustice Reed, on the motion of Air fohn Houston. Sir Alex. Fowler Roberts, a. director of the firm of Alurray, Roberts and Co., Wellington, accompanied by Lady Roberts and Messrs. R. Davidson and Robert Johnston, of Wanganui, are paying a. short visit to Hawera. The party is staying at The Central Hotel.
