THE NEW FORD BULLETIN. Newspaper reporters at Windsor, Canada, were provided -with “the thrill of the day” on the occasion of the showing- of the new Ford car, when visiting reporters were taken for a ride. No worse day for a test could have been imagined. It was raining, then snoAving, and a bitter wind wasi blowing. Wet pavements, waterlogged dirt roads, fields half covered with water, soggy sand, treacherous holes, railroad crossings, half-pin turns —all these formed some of the driving; factors when the new machines were demonstrated. And the new Ford drove them like a veteran. To sit in it was a complete revelation. Speed , to burn, easy handling, no jar, no squeaks, no rattles, the car is a real -delight. Can it travel fast? Well, one of the reporters watehed the speedometer climb to the 05 miles-an-hour mark, and the car was not extended then. And this was done on the slippiest, most treacherous kind of pavement.
