A message from Toronto states that the nine-passenger ’plane belonging to Captain Alfred Lowen stein, the Belgian capitalist, was seized by the Customs Department on its arrival at Buffalo, because* the department was not notified in advance of the ’plane’s arrival. The machine was held pending instructions from Ottawa.
