All protests to be lodged with the Secretary within ten (10) minutes of event, accompanied by a fee of 20/-, which will be retained if protest is not upheld. The Committee reserve the right to postpone Sports, give trophies in lieu of cash prizes, refuse any entry, or make any alteration they may consider necessary to the programme. In all events there, must be Three competitors' or no event.
