NEGORELOVE (Russia), May 3 The first Royalties to set foot on Soviet soil since the execution of the Tsar in 1918, the King and Queen of Afghanistan, have arrived from Poland. The station was gaily decorated and illuminated. The visitors hoarded the luxurious train used by the Tsar and departed for Moscow, where they are due at 11 o’clock in the morning. MOSCOW, May 3.
