Herbert Wilfred Lacey, a young man employed at Paterson ancl Pearce’s furniture factory, met with a painful accident yesterday morning. it appears that Lacev was working with: a circular saw, ripping down timber, when he .slipped, coming in contact with the large circular saw, with which he was working, severing three fingers of the right hand.
