Mr Ramies ncral of the Irish Fee State, is at present in the Westminster Hospital, London. At the beginning of March he underwent a slight operation in a nursing homo in London, after which he returned to his duties in Irclad. It is* explained in an official statement that Mr (McNeill is undergoing a course of after treatment in connection with his recent operation. lie is not dangerously ill, as has been stated, and hopes to be back in Ireland in a few weeks. His medical advisers are satisfied that he is making good progress.
